The world is in the midst of the serios situation due to COVID 19 outbreak. I hope that everyone is doing well, and the situation would come to an end soon. I would also like to thank you for your cooperation and advice in the operation of Zenkoku Ryoma Shachu. I would like to express an earnest appreciation for people involved in the operation.

For some time, we have been instructed by the administration and suggested by many others that the Zenkoku Ryoma Shachu should acquire corporate status as it has become a global organization. Therefore, we have concluded that we should break away from just being Ryoma fans and develop ourselves by sharing, expanding, and passing on the Ryoma spirit (self-forgetting, altruism) to others on the higher level that we have always recommended.

Recently, the Ryoma spirit has been recognized by many companies. In the past few years, there has been an increase in the establishment of corporate Ryoma associations.

In particular, one of the Ryoma Association, has applied to be the main organizer of this year's National Convention. It was a very nice proposal and I asked them to implement it.

There were many opinions about this incorporation, but after several years of discussion at the general meeting, it was approved at the Kyoto meeting early this year and completed the registration.

That we are now an organization accordance to the law, it can be restrictive on some aspects, but there are also many benefits thanks to the protection of the law. Please rest assured.
